I was so excited once I heard about these books turning into a television series. I think it's amazing. I've read things about people saying this series is just going to be like twilight, well here you have it wrong, see these books came out a very long time BEFORE twilight EVER came out. So really, L.J Smith just has more talent than other writers. You should be saying Twilight is just like these books, instead of this is going to be just like twilight. If you actually did your research, these books were first published in 1991! Yes that long ago.
