So my life really is revolved around music, school, friends, and reading. It's been a crazy month. So many unexpected things have happened, but i know whenever something bad happens, music seems to help. Here are some songs I've been killing myself with. There is a happy go lucky song, a party song, and one of those songs you could sit to and listen cause you feel the emotion. Enjoy!
WHITE RABBITS "PERCUSSION GUN"
AUGUST RUSH "AUGUST'S RHAPSODY"
KE$HA "TIK TOK"

So I just went to see the New Moon Movie, and it was really good. The script was better, acting was better, visuals were better aswell. I loved the Wolves, they were awesome and adorable, and Taylor Lautner's muscles. . .my god, you could pass out. I'm not even joking. I enjoyed every minute of that movie and would go see it again, hell, I probably will. The only thing I really didnt like was when the camera twirled around; i started to get dizzy; and when the months passed, Bella never changed her clothes. . .it was interesting, but not really too bothered by it, I just thought it was funny. The big annoyance; no offense, was when "Edward" aka RPatz, took off his shirt during the festival, it was nothing screaming over. And sorry for thoughs, who have to hear this and are on Team Edward; after seeing the movie, I am all for Team Jacob.

Hunger for nourishment. Hunger for touch. Hunger to belong. Half-human and half-faery, Ani is driven by her hungers. Those same appetites also attract powerful enemies and uncertain allies, including Devlin. He was created as an assassin and is brother to the faeries’ coolly logical High Queen and to her chaotic twin, the embodiment of War. Devlin wants to keep Ani safe from his sisters, knowing that if he fails, he will be the instrument of Ani’s death. Ani isn’t one to be guarded while others fight battles for her, though. She has the courage to protect herself and the ability to alter Devlin’s plans—and his life. The two are drawn together, each with reason to fear the other and to fear for one another. But as they grow closer, a larger threat imperils the whole of Faerie. Will saving the faery realm mean losing each other?

The phenomenon that's been sweeping the country seems to be here to stay. Not only are the teenagers who have come back from their graves still here, but newlydeads are being unearthed all the time. While scientists look for answers and politicians take their stands, the undead population of Oakville have banded together in a group they're calling the Sons of Romero, hoping to find solidarity in segregation. Phoebe Kendall may be alive, but she feels just as lost and alone as her dead friends. Just when she reconciled herself to having feelings for a zombie & her Homecoming date Tommy Williams & her friend Adam is murdered taking a bullet that was meant for her . Things get even more confusing when Adam comes back from the grave. Now she has romantic interest in two dead boys; one who saved her life, and one she can't seem to live without.
I didn't like this book as much as the first, but I love the cover more. This was mostly about Phoebe learning to cope with her friend's "sort of" death, and helping him to learn to live again, "differently biotic" style. Although the writting and plot was amazing, it wasn't as exciting as the first, but I was happy with the ending. In this sequal, Phoebe learns to be a friend, learn when to walk away, and love again. She makes a hard decision from her heart, hoping she chose the right one, and making herself see who she truly loves. Read it. x.

Phoebe is just your typical goth girl with a crush. He's strong and silent.and dead. All over the country, a strange phenomenon is happening. Some teenagers who die aren't staying dead. They are coming back to life, but they are no longer the same-they stutter, and their reactions to everything are slower. Termed "living impaired" or "differently biotic," they are doing their best to fit into a society that doesn't want them. Fitting in is hard enough when you don't have the look or attitude, but when almost everyone else is alive and you're not , it's close to impossible. The kids at Oakvale High don't want to take classes or eat in the cafeteria next to someone who isn't breathing. And there are no laws that exist to protect the differently biotic from the people who want them to disappear-for good. With her pale skin and Goth wardrobe, Phoebe has never run with the popular crowd. But no one can believe it when she falls for Tommy Williams, the leader of the dead kids. Not her best friend, Margi, whose fear of the differently biotic is deeply rooted in guilt over the past. And especially not her neighbor, Adam, the star of the football team. Adam has just realized his feelings for Phoebe run much deeper than just friendship. He would do anything for her, but what if protecting Tommy is the one thing that would make her happy? Generation Dead is a sharp, funny, and breathtakingly original novel from an exciting new talent.
I've wanted to read this book for a while now, but could never get my hands on it. Now that I have, I can tell you I read it in one day and couldn't put it down. I was surprised by this book, and what happened, you would root for Tommy, but then Adam. Phoebe just wants to be herself, and stick to what she thinks is right, not caring about what others will think. When this starts fights and having an attempt on her life, Phoebe has to turn to her friends for their support. She wants to hope that the "differently biotic" people still can feel and are alive in their hearts. You can relate to Phoebe with wanting to fit in, but being your own person and doing what you think is right, and not base it on another person; doing whats right for herself. x.

At the beginning of her sophomore year, Marisa is ready for a fresh start and, more importantly, a boyfriend. So when the handsome and popular Derek asks her out, Marisa thinks her long wait for happiness is over. But several bumps in the road—including her parents’ unexpected separation, a fight with her best friend, and a shocking disappointment in her relationship with Derek—test Marisa’s ability to maintain her new outlook. Only the anonymous DJ, whose underground podcasts have the school’s ear, seems to understand what Marisa is going through. But she has no idea who he is—or does she?
This is one of these books where you get sucked in and can't stop reading it. It was cute, smart and funny. Yes, it was predictable, but thats what made the story work all together. The cover really portrays the characters. The anonymous DJ is so obvious. At first, you dont really know and keep guessing but once you get to a certain point in the book, everything just clicks, and it was like Marisa had to go through everything she went through to get where she is. It was very realistic and you could relate to this story, and it is a must-read for anyone. x.

In this sequel to Wondrous Strange, Kelley Winslow finds her NYC acting career blossoming as she takes the lead in Romeo and Juliet. But she also finds herself desperately missing Sonny Flannery--who was forced back to the Faerie Otherworld, charged with a dangerous mission by Kelley's father, King Auberon. When Kelley finds herself thrown into the Otherworld following a deadly chase in Central Park, her passionate reunion with Sonny is cut short. Ancient magick is stirring, and a dangerous enemy has Sonny and Kelley caught in a web of Faerie deception that could tear their love apart.
This is another one of the books that I screamed for when I got, and yes, it was well worth the scream again. So to start off, I love the cover, its more beautiful than the first. Admit it, you'd go crazy for it too. The story was well written. Hearing both Sonny and Kelley's points of view made you want to cry. So much was happening that made them do stupid things for the other so they could be safe, but really, it was hurting them. At the end, I could understand Kelley's decision, but I still hated her for it. This second chapter of their lives was heartfelt, heartbreaking, dangerous, and adventurous, and I can't wait to see what happens next. x.

So, I have been thinking about it, and how to get more followers, blah blah blah I will hold a contest for an ARC. Maybe. The only way I will hold this contest is if I hit about 50 followers. I'm not going to say what ARC it is, but only that its not out yet. And if I end up getting more than 50 followers before my birthday, I will add another ARC to the contest. Having either one or two winners. Depending on what kind of mood I am in. So look back. You never know what will happen in time. x.

So, has anyone else noticed the resemblance with Angelina Jolie and the girl on the cover of Vampire Academy?! Every time I am in the bookstore and I pass by that book, Angeline Jolie always pops into my mind and it bothers me. Yes, she is absolutely gorgeous, but still, its not her, its someone else and they look so friken alike! See for yourself, and be the judge. What do you think of this?

Grace Divine, daughter of the local pastor, always knew something terrible happened the night Daniel Kalbi disappeared--the night she found her brother Jude collapsed on the porch, covered in his own blood--but she has no idea what a truly monstrous secret that night held.
The memories her family has tried to bury resurface when Daniel returns, three years later, and enrolls in Grace and Jude's high school. Despite promising Jude she'll stay away, Grace cannot deny her attraction to Daniel's shocking artistic abilities, his way of getting her to look at the world from new angles, and the strange, hungry glint in his eyes.
The closer Grace gets to Daniel, the more she jeopardizes her life, as her actions stir resentment in Jude and drive him to embrace the ancient evil Daniel unleashed that horrific night. Grace must discover the truth behind the boy's dark secret...and the cure that can save the ones she loves. But she may have to lay down the ultimate sacrifice to do it--her soul.
First off, I absolutely love the cover. It is so amazing. That isn't just the start, the book was just as amazing. I couldn't put this book down. When I got it in the mail, I literally screamed and it was well worth screaming over. You could relate to all the characters and everything seemed real. I dont think i would ever manage living like Grace did, having all the rules she did. Even having a pastor as a father I dont think i would ever manage; no offense to thoughs who do, it just wouldn't suit me. Grace tries so hard to make everything right between everyone even though she doesn't know the whole story to anything. I loved hearing about Daniels' history and what he was. Grace just had to put all the pieces together to actually see what was infront of her, and what love really was. x.

Kate Brown's life has gone downhill fast. Her father has quit his job to sell vitamins at the mall, and Kate is forced to work with him. Her best friend has become popular, and now she acts like Kate's invisible.
And then there's Will. Gorgeous, unattainable Will, whom Kate acts like she can't stand even though she can't stop thinking about him. When Will starts acting interested, Kate hates herself for wanting him when she's sure she's just his latest conquest.
Kate figures that the only way things will ever stop hurting so much is if she keeps to herself and stops caring about anyone or anything. What she doesn't realize is that while life may not always be perfect, good things can happen -- but only if she lets them....
This book was amazing. It was so relatable and reaslitic, that you were able to follow along so well. Kate thinks like nothing will ever be perfect, so she might aswell hide herself from everyone. Putting herself in a little box; that nothing will ever be perfect again. She knows her friend isn't her friend. I got really annoyed with her best friend, she was such a little snob. All she cared about was being popular, and being someone. This, in turn, was making her the same as everyone who does that sort of thing; a nobody. When Will starts to show interest in Kate, she thinks everything will be better, but even if one thing in your life comes to you, you have to do something to change the rest, and stand up for yourself. Really, they are perfect for each other, but just dont know it yet. Also, I love the cover, its really cute. x.

As the youngest and only female member of the Knights Templar, Bilquis SanGreal grew up knowing she wasn't normal. Instead of hanging out at the mall or going on dates, she spends her time training as a soldier in her order's ancient battle against the Unholy. Billi's cloistered life is blasted apart when her childhood friend, Kay, returns from Jerusalem, gorgeous and with a dangerous chip on his shoulder. He's ready to reclaim his place in Billi's life, but she's met someone new: amber-eyed Michael, who seems to understand her like no one else, effortlessly claiming a stake in her heart. But the Templars are called to duty before Billi can enjoy the pleasant new twist to her life. One of the order's ancient enemies has resurfaced, searching for a treasure that the Templars have protected for hundreds of years — a cursed mirror powerful enough to kill all of London's firstborn. To save her city from catastrophe, Billi will have to put her heart aside and make sacrifices greater than any of the Templars could have imagined.
I Loved this book, and it was well researched and played out. I have to say I have this interest in religions, and the Templars. I could understand Billi so well, and I too, hated her father. I really wanted to kill him, ironically. He seemed not to care about her, and be so proud of another. Billi just wants to get out of that life, and be understood and loved, but once a Templar, always one. This story was sort of in a love-triangle; sort of. (I dont want to give anything away) Kay obviously likes Billi, but he always seems so cold about it, and to her. In the end, she has to make the most important discision anyone could possibly make; risking her heart. I couldn't put this book down. It was well written and executed. And, I really love the cover. x.
